Comvita UMF 5+ Manuka Honey is one of nature's special gifts. Sourced from some of New Zealand's most pure and remote locations, it is renowned for its unique flavour and can be beneficial to your health.
Manuka honey has much higher levels of methylglyoxal than other honeys and is considered ‘active’, as it doesn’t lose potency when exposed to external elements including heat or light. The UMF testing 5+ process measures all three signature compounds, Leptosperin, DHA and Methylglyoxal, that together indicate high quality, authentic Manuka.

How to Use
Comvita® UMF® 5+ Manuka Honey can be used as a delicious spread. For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.
A teaspoon of honey 2-3 times per day, straight off the spoon or in a herbal tea may soothe sore throats or assist with digestive upsets.
